This is the only chance for ALL members of the Association Branches, serving, reserve and retired to have a get together in Cornwall. So, come and meet up with some old friends and get to know some new ones. If you know of anybody who has served, then please pass on the details of this event to them. Numbers have started to increase over the last couple of years, which is very encouraging. In these times of budgetary constraints, the only way we can maintain the Reunion is through your continued support. Please encourage others to come along, have a pint, and start the conversation off with “When I was…”
Your ticket will include free admission to Cornwall’s Regimental Museum – Home of the DCLI and national LI Collections, Musical Entertainment, a Beer Tent, a locally produced traditional Cornish pasty or tiger bap and free entry into the £50 Cash Prize Draw.
Tea and coffee will be available all day, and a cash bar from 12.00 hrs till late in the lounge. A list of local B&Bs & campsites can be provided, so why not extend your stay into the evening. The Museum will be open all day, and there will be Memorial Service at the Regimental Memorial at 14.00 hrs with a Bugler and Piper in attendance. After the Service, a photographer will organise a group photo, with order forms available on the day. A copy of last year’s photo will be available to view.
Advance booking only: tickets to be collected on the day at the gate.
